By registering to use the AMA School Safety Patrol Parent Portal (the “Site”), you agree to the following terms of use, which may be updated by the Alberta Motor Association (AMA) at any time without notice. As such, you should review these Terms of Use from time to time.
- I am a parent or guardian of an elementary school student who is participating as a School Safety Patroller
- I take responsibility for login and access information to the Site. I understand that it is extremely important that I not share my login credentials with anyone else and will be solely responsible for any consequences and outcomes if I do.
- I understand that I am subject to the AMA Privacy Policy and the AMA Website General Terms and Conditions when using the Site
I understand and agree that AMA may terminate or restrict my access to this Site, at any time, if:
- I violate these Terms of Use;
- My child is no longer part of the AMA School Safety Patrol for any reason;
- My activities on the Site amount to conduct that is illegal, harassment of other users or I post information, images and video that is racist, derogatory to groups of people, pornographic, threatening or otherwise inappropriate for other users of the Site;
- I attempt to gain access to any part of the Site, including its code that you are not authorized to do so as a user; and/or
- I have not used the Site in over a year
The Site may provide links to third party Web sites. AMA does not control the content of such web sites and can not speak to, confirm or vouch for the quality, legality or suitability of any information, services, or products that may offered by such third party sites.
